Introduction
to Pergradi
You are about to see a beautiful collection of clothes from online retailer Pergradi – a company based in Irby selling a wonderful range of children and baby products sourced from all over the world.
Launched in 2007 by Debbie Edwards Pergradi is fast becoming known as a store with an eye for style and a company based on strong values. Not only are the clothes and accessories funky and unique but they have all been ethically sourced – they are all either organic, fair-trade, made from recycled fabrics or support the communities in which they are made. Some of their range is also manufactured in the UK – encouraging us all to shop a bit closer to home.
Selling everything from clothes for girls and boys aged 0-7, to homeware and gifts for all occasions Pergradi is proud to be part of this event to raise money for the Jellybean Appeal.
The clothes you will see on the catwalk are from the new Spring/Summer collection and are colourful, vibrant and funky – everything that kids want to wear.

This is an inspirational and barrier-breaking experience where sponsored individuals, after motivational training sessions, walk across 20 feet of wood embers burning at 1200F without experiencing any pain or injury - the Glass Walk involves walking over 15 foot of broken glass - while at the same time raising loads of sponsorship for children on Wirral!

Walk
the Wirral Coastal Walk for Jellybean!
On Sunday 21st May 2006 the people of Wirral will once again be walking the five, ten or fifteen miles between Seacombe and Thurstaston to raise money for good causes.
Last year's Coastal Walk raised an estimated £300,000 for various charities, with over 5,000 people taking part. If you would like to take up the challenge and raise funds for the Jellybean Kids' Appeal - or any other department at Wirral Hospital - just click on the link below to add your name to the list for the sponsorship packs which will be sent out shortly.
As I am sure you already know, the first wish of the Jellybean Kids' Appeal is the most important and the most urgent. It is to create a children's assessment and treatment area (CATs) at Arrowe Park Hospital. The heart of CATs is a children-only A&E, but it will act as the first point of call for every child coming to hospital urgently, without a planned visit. Children and young people (and their brothers, sisters and parents) will be spared the sometimes distressing sight of adult illness (A&E on a Saturday night is not always a happy place). They will be welcomed to a safe, child-centred, friendly area of their own.
